Our policy does not permit any returns. All sales are final due to hygiene reasons. Please check your order before payment as our sizing is completely accurate. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Taxes and Duties
Orders from some countries may be subject to local customs and duties fees upon arrival. All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded by Cheekinis®. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays.

Refunds (if applicable)
We do not offer any refunds. However, if you decide to cancel your order before despatch contact us. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, and please allow your bank 5-7 business days to credit your card back.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We do not accept exchanges at all due to hygiene reasons. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or are the wrong size, on arrival which will most likely not happen as all items shipped go through quality control before shipping. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with original tags attached. It must also be in the original packaging. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email here and we will assist you further.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
