If you establish an account at the Website in order to take advantage of certain features of this Website, such as making a purchase. CHEEKINIS PRODUCTS

The Cheekinis products displayed on this Site may be available through this Site or at select Cheekinis retail stores in the United States of America and foreign markets. However, Cheekinis cannot guarantee that the products appearing on this Site will be available through this Site or at every authorized Cheekinis retailer; availability and selection are subject to supply. All product descriptions, specifications, colors, and prices are subject to change by Cheekinis at any time without notice. For United States customers, prices displayed on the Site are quoted in U.S. Dollars. For International customers, prices are displayed in designated which is in customer’s local currency in most cases, but in US Dollars for some International countries. Cheekinis will display colors of products as accurately as possible, however Cheekinis cannot guarantee that Your monitor will display the correct colors. The particular technical specifications and settings of Your computer and its display could affect the accuracy of its display of the colors of products offered herein. Once an order is placed it may take 10 business days for items to be delivered.

Products offered for sale on this Site are for Your personal use only, not for re-sale. Cheekinis reserves the right to limit the quantity of products purchased, and to refuse or cancel any order that we believe would violate any of these Terms Cheekinis business practices, applicable laws or policies.

Items ship within 3-10 business days.

VENDORS 

All invoices must be approved by management first before a payment is sent out. We will submit payment electronically and if there are any fees that are deducted from a 3rd party you are solely responsible to cover any/all fees deducted. We are not liable to pay fee if the 3rd fees. Cheekinis may amend these Terms at any time by posting the amended terms on this Site. Make sure to check site regularly in case terms have changed or have been updated.

Any invoice you submit may have a deduction, if management believes that you are not to be paid in full, this includes if you/item was late, or if you did not follow instructions on what we had asked of you to do, or if the finished product is not what we asked for or required. You are providing a service and you are responsible to make sure that you follow instructions.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items before or during any of our shows, photoshoot or events. You are to keep on eye on your things and you are solely responsible for all and any of your items and this includes any of the items that you are modeling or using for an event, shoot or show. The item that you are given to model or shoot must be returned in its original condition or you will be charged full price for it/them.

No Affiliation With any modeling Agency, Agent or Management. You agree that you have not signed any agreement with any type of Agency Agent or Manager that would prevent you from shooting or working with Cheekinis. You do not have a contract or agreement with any third party that would interfere with our representation of you. You agree to notify us immediately in the event you enter into any contract.

These apply to any/all contractors (this uncludes; models, photographers, makeup artists, hair stylists, factories or any vendors.)

MISCELLANEOUS

These Terms of Use constitute the entire and only Terms of Use between Cheekinis and each user of the Website with respect to the subject matter of these Terms of Use.

If any provision of these Terms of Use be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions will not be affected.

The failure of the Cheekins parties to insist upon strict adherence to any term of these Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such term and shall not be considered a waiver or limit that party’s right thereafter to insist upon strict adherence to that term or any other term contained in these Terms of Use.
